Leading Retirement Solutions is excited to announce that Vanessa Alcantara, former Retirement Plan Maintenance Manager, is moving into a new role as Relationship Manager. Ms. Alcantara has been an integral contributor to Leading Retirement Solutions (LRS) over the past two years, supporting a team of Retirement Plan Professionals and assisting clients with regulatory changes and industry issues. She possesses the ultimate “can do” attitude; taking on all tasks with unmatched positive energy. Ms. Alcantara’s role at LRS requires commitment and constant communication to referral partners, team members, clients and vendors. Her ability to condense a large amount of information into readable, easy-to-understand data is unparalleled. No detail is overlooked; she is innovative, resourceful and has a strong understanding of expectations. It is very obvious that Ms. Alcantara takes a great deal of pride in her work, and this is reflected in the final product she delivers on every project and to every client and team member. In her new role, she will now be responsible for Plan onboarding and implementation as well as coordinating and supporting other services providers to Plans (e.g. Investment Advisor, CPA, Attorney, etc.)
