NELSON Seattle Hires Tom Spader as Senior Architect

Effective December 2016, Tom Spader joined NELSON as Senior Architect in its Seattle region. Offering 20 years of industry experience, his familiarity with the management of corporate accounts as well as corporate roll-outs make him an ideal fit for the firm. Framed by a comprehensive understanding of building technologies and attention to detail, his broad experience allows him to support clients’ business goals through design.

Tom is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a registered architect in WA, CO, UT, TX, NJ, MD, and NV. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Washington. In his spare time, Tom enjoys camping with his family and following the Seattle sports teams.
