These days, many of us would require a substantial lottery payout to muster even a down payment for any sizable Puget Sound-area dwelling, never mind the sort of place where one needs both hands to count the number of bathrooms. But who doesnt love a peek at a blinged-out abode? Check out these three luxe lookers spotted on the Eastside. Come on, Powerball!

Issaquah
18884 S.E. 42nd St.

The overview: This sprawling manse offers an amazing eyeful with a whopping 27 rooms, including six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, for a total of 10,800 square feet. Inside, theres a full gym; outside, an athletic court and chimney climbing wall. Off-site attractions are easily accessed: I-90 is conveniently adjacent to the property, and nearby youll find an array of parks (Lakemont, Lake Sammamish), restaurants (Chinoise, Coho Cafe) and shops (REI, PCC).

Inside and out: Owners Craig and Danna Kinzer (hes a commercial real estate broker, she owns Butter Me Up bakery) had this showstopper designed as a Victorian Craftsman. The exterior features a mix of cedar shingles, Montana Bitterroot stone siding and a turret topped by a copper roof, which segues to a stunning two-story rotunda entrance with a stained-glass dome. Every room revels in Old World stylings: antiqued wood cabinetry and wainscoting, crown moldings and the occasional Roman column. The kitchen also boasts boxed beam ceilings (as well as Wolf, Viking, Dacor and Sub-Zero appliances), a design feature it shares, in addition to a sliding glass NanaWall, with the adjacent great room. Less apparent showmanship includes slyly hidden doors, passageways and rooms, and a secret four-story spiral staircase leading from the basement wine cellar to the rooftop widows walk outlook.

Outside is as breathtaking as indoors: a Shangri-La landscape of palm trees, rockery and spectacular waterworks, including a 10,000-gallon koi fish pond and indoor/outdoor infinity-edge pool. It all culminates in 177 feet of sandy private beachfront and a 1,200-square-foot private dock (which is grandfathered) with two covered slips and a boat lift. Of course, its the biggest dock on the lake.

The overview: This four-bedroom, seven-bathroom Medina pearl certainly merits its real estate agencys dramatic digital tour, sweeping over Lake Washington, up a winding driveway and in through stately double doors. Equally dreamy: Seattle is a short hop away on State Route 520. Medina Park, Medina Beach, Overlake Golf & Country Club and Queen Bee Cafe are a 20-minute walk away, and downtown Bellevues rich menu of dining and shopping (from Bellevue Square to The Bravern) is nearby. Inside and out: Your jaw might noticeably drop as you take in this big, white wave of colonial-style architecture, replete with brilliant clapboards, spiring chimneys and a classic portico. The wow factor spikes even higher when the front doors open and you catch a straight-through-the-house glimpse of lake, trees and sky. Spacious, primarily white interiors, completely rebuilt in 2016, dazzle with custom cabinetry and millwork, lush finishes and spectacular designer lighting. Cascading chandeliers mark the entry, living room and kitchen, working in tandem with copious natural daylight from a big bay of windows to make its white marble features and Kallista fixtures gleam.

Dedicated spaces with thoughtful touches abound: The music and game room comes soundproofed; the exercise room includes a sauna; the master bedroom is lined in white cotton panels (and has deck and lake views); the media room is wrapped in wall-to-ceiling Phillip Jeffries wallpaper (and includes a Sony projection system); and the office is dressed in silvered antiqued mirroring. Tech perks include a robust security system, Savant smart-home automation and Aprilaire air-purification system.
