Tereza Simonyan

Tereza Simonyan has been elected a shareholder at Lane Powell. Simonyan counsels domestic and international clients in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, securities, corporate finance and governance, contract negotiation and general corporate counseling. She works with clients at all stages of the business-growth cycle, including startups, established industry leaders and winding-down businesses, where she applies her prior experience as a litigator and creditors’ rights attorney. Simonyan received her J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and her B.S. in Business Law from California State University, Northridge. In addition to English, Simonyan is fluent in Armenian, Russian and Spanish.
