Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal, ranked by Real Trends as the 17th largest real estate company in the country, has named Robert Wachter as Vice President of Marketing. Rob has served as the company’s Inbound Marketing Manager since 2012, overseeing the successful launch of new corporate websites, lead acquisition programs and other digital campaigns.

“We are excited to forge a new path in support of our sales professionals under Rob’s leadership,” said Mike Grady, President and COO. “His 15 years of marketing experience, with a focus on both creative and strategy, will enable us to launch new marketing resources that are thoughtfully designed with the highest standard of creative excellence.”

Prior to joining CB Bain | Seal nearly four years ago, Rob spent a significant part of his career operating a creative services firm he founded in 2004. The firm served clients ranging from technology behemoths to small real estate boutiques, turning their complicated goals into beautiful and seamless user experiences. Rob has also worked for and with several award-winning agencies, building high impact tools and executing on brand strategy campaigns.

Rob is regularly sought out for his marketing expertise and is a contributor to Inman News and Coldwell Banker’s national blog “Blue Matter.” He holds a B.A. in English Education from the University of Washington and B.A. in Ministry Leadership from Northwest University.
