Robert Neale

Fisher & Phillips LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce the election of attorney Rob Neale to partner. In his new role, Neale will continue to offer extensive experience in immigration law, compliance and prevention as well as assisting employers with issues surrounding global immigration.

Neale joined Fisher & Phillips after spending eight years as in-house counsel at Microsoft Corporation on the Global Migration team. At Microsoft he won multiple accolades including the Gold Star and TEAM awards for his excellent service advising stakeholders on U.S. business immigration needs. Earlier in his career, Neale served as managing attorney in northern California for a prominent international immigration firm, leading large to small corporate client accounts on strategy and internal immigration policies. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and continues to advocate for immigrant justice through his pro-bono work in the community.
