Rebecca Jameson

PEMCO Insurance is pleased to welcome Rebecca Jameson as a product manager for its auto line of business. Jameson brings 10 years of insurance industry and product experience to her new role on PEMCO’s product team.

As a product manager, Jameson will manage and develop auto product strategies that offer high customer value and optimize profitable growth. She will work closely with internal and external teams and business partners to effectively implement product initiatives and drive product changes, while also educating partners at all levels in key functions regarding product changes. Utilizing her extensive background in products and pricing, Jameson will help her team execute initiatives that rely on technology to meet customer’s needs.

“Rebecca brings an exciting mix of product and technology experience to our dynamic product team,” said Dawn Lee, product department manager at PEMCO Insurance. “Her experience leading product management and development initiatives will be a great asset to her team and our company overall and will help us offer industry leading products that meet our customers’ needs.”

Jameson began her insurance career as an analyst for GEICO in Maryland, where she advanced through several management positions in the product department. She later worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance in Seattle as a director of product analysis, where she contributed to product enhancements and process improvements for both the Safeco Insurance and Liberty Mutual brand personal lines products. Prior to joining PEMCO, Jameson served as a product owner and led agile IT product development for Safeco’s home and auto lines.

Jameson earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. In addition to studying, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
