Pete G. Lymberis
Homebuilder PulteGroup has named Pete G. Lymberis as vice president of land planning and development for its Pacific Northwest Division.
Lymberis, who has worked and lived in the greater Seattle area for more than 25 years, will report directly to PulteGroup Division President Sam Colgan.
“Pete’s extensive local homebuilding and development experience will be extremely valuable for Pulte as we continue to invest in the community and build great places for people to call home,” Colgan said, adding the company continues to open a myriad of new communities across the greater Seattle area.
In addition to heading the Division’s land development activities, Lymberis will assist in targeting land acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Pulte, he spent the last three years with Intracorp Real Estate and before that with The Quadrant Corporation for 13 years, involved in a variety of community acquisition, development, entitlement and construction efforts and teams. He also has extensive experience as a professional engineer consulting for multiple private and public development companies and government agencies.
He holds an MBA from the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business and Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering: Montana State University. Born in Athens, Greece, he is a member of Forterra, Master Builders Association and active with the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church.
