Noel Farmer

PEMCO Insurance is pleased to welcome Noel Farmer to the company’s infrastructure and operations team, where he’ll lead and manage PEMCO’s internal technical support group. Farmer brings more than 20 years of experience in global enterprise and IT support to his position in the company’s information technology department.

As a key member of PEMCO’s IT management team, Farmer will help the company deliver on its technology roadmap and service commitments. His primary responsibilities will include managing the IT service desk and desktop support team, evaluating and implementing new desktop technology solutions, and delivering exceptional service to PEMCO’s employees in their use of technology solutions.

Over his career, Farmer has worked in a variety of customer support roles within the technology field. Prior to joining PEMCO, he worked at Polycom, a multinational telecommunications company, for nearly two decades. In his most recent role with the company, he led the support organization for the North American team, managed their global enterprise software contracts, and delivered on new hardware and software solutions globally.

Farmer graduated from Ashland University in Ohio and lived in California throughout his career before recently relocating to the Seattle area to begin his tenure with PEMCO. He and his wife Renee, who is a high school science teacher, along with their daughter Elle, are excited to experience life in the Pacific Northwest.
