Icertis, the leading provider of enterprise contract lifecycle management platform in the Cloud, announced the addition of Michael Keithley, CIO of Creative Artists Agency (CAA), a global entertainment and sports agency, to its Advisory Board. Keithley will provide his expert technology and strategic guidance to Icertis as the company expands its leadership position of the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform.

In his current role at CAA, Keithley oversees all aspects of technology and digital media at the agency. He also plays an active role in decision-making across other business units including, business development, corporate consulting, social media, digital media and entertainment marketing. Keithley’s 24-year career at CAA has been spent bridging the worlds of technology innovation and Hollywood creative. Outside of CAA, Keithley is heavily involved in the VC community and serves on several non-profit boards. He was recently named one of the “100 Top CIO/CTO Leaders in STEM” by STEMconnector, for his work advancing diversity in the workplace.
