Michael Conell
Transforming Age announced Michael Connell as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He brings more than 17 years of leadership experience in not-for-profit senior living and will serve on the organization’s executive team to help drive the financial strategy behind the mission to expand the impact of changing the perception of age by helping more older adults live independent, purposeful lives. Prior to joining the Transforming Age executive team, Connell served as the CFO at Asbury Communities in Germantown, Maryland where he led the development and execution of long term financial strategies for nearly a decade with an annual budget over $250M. His not-for-profit senior living experience also includes several years as the CFO at Ingleside Presbyterian Retirement Community in Washington, D.C. and Lourdes Residence in West Palm Beach, FL. He also brings previous experience in both for-profit senior living and as a health care auditor at Ernst & Young.
