Leslie Boyd

Leslie Boyd joins DomainTools as associate general counsel and oversees legal operations, which includes licensing, privacy and compliance, intellectual property issues, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining DomainTools, Leslie was part of Microsoft’s worldwide commercial licensing team, where she designed and implemented licensing strategies and programs for Microsoft Azure, infrastructure software, and hosted software solutions. Her career also includes several years with Intellectual Ventures, where she transacted patent acquisitions, divestitures, and license agreements, and she has prior experience as a commercial litigator at the Seattle law firm of Cairncross & Hempelmann. She is a longtime supporter and former board member of the King County Sexual Assault Resource Center.
