Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal Names Kim Gray Vice President of Human Resources

Kim Gray has been promoted to Vice President, Human Resources for Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal. She is responsible for managing the full scope of human resource strategic and tactical functions for all 31 of the company’s branches in Washington and Oregon, as well as for Rainier Title and Escrow Professionals. Additionally, Kim has been instrumental in leading employee relations, human resource policies and managing training development.

Prior to joining CB Bain |Seal, Kim was director of human resources for SolutionsIQ until 2007. In 2008, she was named vice president of human resources and operations and a senior consultant for Metatech until 2011.
