PSF Passes Torch to a New Generation

Promotes former VP of Strategy & Business Development, Kevin Beardsley to President
SEATTLE, WA (03/01/17) – On Wednesday, February 21, PSF tore a page from its history and initiated a plan that had been in the works for several years. Chairman Warren Beardsley announced that his son, Kevin Beardsley (formerly VP of Strategy & Business Development), will assume the role of PSF’s President.
“The plan has been for Kevin to move into the leadership role over the next couple of years,” stated Beardsley. “Although his promotion has taken place sooner than we expected, Kevin has my full confidence and that of our executive and management teams and Board of Directors.”

Going forward, Warren Beardsley will remain as Chairman, and will actively support the President in his new, expanded responsibilities. “This change preserves the company’s roots which are so vital to the success of PSF, both in its vision for the future and for its continuation of the corporate culture established by my family, which has owned and led the company for 58 years,” said Beardsley.
