Kelly Nelson, CPA

Kelly Nelson, CPA succeeds David Stiefel, CPA, as managing principal of Bader Martin, PS. She is the first woman and the first person of color to lead the firm. 

Kelly joined Bader Martin as a tax principal in 2014 after a 20-year career serving high net worth clients and their families. Her leadership and strategic vision shaped Bader Martin’s high net worth practice, including its focus on multi-generational families, C-suite executives, venture capitalists, and mass-affluent professionals. She has been instrumental in growing the practice into a regional powerhouse for high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.

In addition to her new role, Kelly will remain a principal in the firm’s tax practice and a principal in its high net worth practice.
