Karen Vogel is being brought on as Human Resources Operations Director. Vogel arrived at McKinstry with several decades of experience working in human resources for Nordstrom, WatchGuard Technologies and Liberty Mutual. As a self-described “benefits geek,” she and her HR operations team will ensure McKinstry’s people have the best-possible benefits while optimizing the underlying systems that power those benefits. “I always want to be a part of an organization that puts its talent first, and that’s absolutely the case at McKinstry,” Vogel said. “Our employees and our business can and do succeed together.”
