Justin A. Okun

Justin A. Okun has joined Lane Powell as a Shareholder in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group.

Okun is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on employment and governmental regulatory law, defending clients in a variety of civil litigation claims, including securities fraud, contract and business torts, and employment discrimination. Prior to joining Lane Powell, Okun served in the U.S. Attorney’s Office where he handled complex civil litigation matters on behalf of the U.S. Additionally, he has held past positions with the U.S. Department of the Navy, the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Marine Corps.

Okun received his J.D. from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law; his LL.M. in European Union Law from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium; and his B.A. in Russian and European Studies from Cornell University. He is currently working to complete an MBA from University of Michigan, Ross School of Business’ Executive Program.
