Julie Rey

Energy advisory firm EMI Consulting announced it has hired Julie Rey as president. With expertise driving business expansion and guiding global consulting teams, Ms. Rey will help deepen the company’s strategic “Utility of the Future” service offerings in 2018. “We’re pleased to have Julie join our leadership team,” said Rob Bordner, EMI Consulting founder and CEO. “It’s an exciting time for our industry. Prior to joining EMI Consulting, Ms. Rey held executive leadership roles for North Highland Consulting, Strong-Bridge Consulting, Safeco Insurance, and Western Wireless Corporation. She holds a master’s degree in organizational communication from the University of Washington, and bachelor’s degrees in rhetoric and Italian from the University of California at Davis.
