Jennifer K. Sheffield

Jennifer K. Sheffield was recently elected a shareholder of Lane Powell. Sheffield concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, class action defense, employment litigation and intellectual property. She represents businesses and other professionals in complex litigation involving claims of breach of contract, consumer protection violations, employment discrimination, infringement of intellectual property rights, professional malpractice, insurance coverage and bad faith, and personal injury. Sheffield received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University.
