Hyatt Regency Bellevue recently welcomed a new Executive Chef, Jef Foster. With more than 30 years of culinary experience in hand and seven years of international travel cooking his way around the world, Jef will be managing the heat of the kitchen by running Hyatt Regency Bellevue’s culinary program from event catering and quality control to menu development and execution at the hotel’s breakfast and brunch restaurant Eques.
