Jay Dobbersteiin

Dobberstein will manage HCMP’s business and day-to-day administrative operations. He will also join with the firm’s management committee in developing strategies to ensure the efficient delivery of exemplary client service in the context of today’s dynamic legal market.

Dobberstein’s previous experience includes serving as COO and Executive Director of Seattle law firms Riddell Williams and Betts, Patterson & Mines, P.S., respectively, and Vice President of Finance for Northwest Research Associates. He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management.
