Heidi Brooks Bradley

Heidi Brooks Bradley has joined Lane Powell as a Shareholder in the Firm’s Litigation Department.  Bradley will focus her practice on securities litigation, antitrust matters and complex commercial disputes.  She defends public companies in both state and federal courts in securities and antitrust class actions, and shareholder derivative litigation.  She has represented a major software company in two antitrust jury trials.

Prior to joining Lane Powell, Bradley was an attorney in Sullivan & Cromwell LLP’s Los Angeles office, and prior to that she worked at Heller Ehrman LLP.  She received her J.D. from Stanford Law School and her B.A., with highest honors, in Political Science from Principia College.

Doug Greene, Chair of Lane Powell’s Securities Litigation Practice Group, welcomed Bradley:  “We are pleased to add yet another strong lateral attorney from an elite national law firm to our growing Securities Litigation Practice Group, which defends clients and cases around the country from our Pacific Northwest headquarters.  Heidi is an accomplished securities litigator, and will be a great colleague.”  Darin Sands, a partner in the Firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice Group and Co-chair of the Firm’s Privacy and Data Security Practice Group added, “I have known and worked with Heidi for more than a decade and I am very excited to welcome her to the Firm.  Her exceptional judgement and deep experience representing and counseling clients faced with complex litigation challenges will be a valuable addition to the Lane Powell team.”
