Gregory Lutje
Seattle based law firm Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland announces Gregory J. Lutje has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Finance group. Gregory practices in Oregon and Washington and will play a key role in the growth of the group.
Prior to joining the firm, Gregory served as Associate General Counsel for General Growth Properties, the country’s second largest shopping center owner, where he oversaw all leasing and operational matters for a portfolio of 20 regional shopping centers in major markets across the country.
Gregory is actively involved in community affairs an has served as an adjunct professor at Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College. He is a former Board Member and Board Chair for the Mt. Hood Community College Board of Education, and a founding member and former President of the David Douglas Educational Foundation. Gregory is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and will become a Board Member of his local CREW chapter in 2017.
