Elisabeth Yandell McNeil

The partners of K&L Gates LLP have voted to elect Elisabeth Yandell McNeil to the firm’s partnership, effective March 1, 2017. She is a current associate in the firm’s Seattle office. 

McNeil focuses her practice on energy and infrastructure transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments in wind, solar, biomass, and other energy projects and services. She also advises clients on transactions involving clean energy and energy efficiency technologies.
