Diana Breaux

Garvey Schubert Barer (GSB) today announced that Diana Breaux has joined the firm as Principal in GSB’s Seattle office. Breaux will be part of GSB’s Litigation Practice Group, where she will focus on representing clients in business and intellectual property disputes.

A seasoned litigator, Breaux’s proven track record includes handling cases through trial and resolving cases early through strategic motion practice. She has a long history of working closely with clients in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements to minimize litigation risk. Breaux assists clients in a variety of substantive areas, including: contract disputes and business torts, anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy actions, patent and trademark litigation, and securities litigation.
