“Dan is an invaluable member of our product team at PEMCO, and we are excited for him to take on a new leadership role within our company,” said Dawn Lee, vice president of product and underwriting at PEMCO. “His strategic leadership skills and innovative approach to problem solving has made a positive impact on our policyholders and organization as a whole.”
Prior to joining PEMCO, Shaw led the analytical efforts for competitive intelligence, forecasting and product performance monitoring for auto and home insurance in several states as a product analyst for CSAA Insurance Group. He has over five years of experience in personal lines product pricing.
Shaw attended Temple University in Philadelphia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science. He loves exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and their two golden retrievers, Burrito and Mango.
