Christopher P. Stevenson

Christopher P. Stevenson has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Immigration Team in Seattle.

Stevenson advises corporations on their global immigration strategies in a variety of industries, including technology, architecture, engineering, medicine, e-commerce and consulting.  He represents employers in H-1B, H-1B1, TN, E-2, E-3, L-1 and O-1 visa matters, and also assists employers and foreign nationals in PERM, I-140, I-130, I-485 and EB-1 petitions and applications.

Stevenson received his J.D. from the University of Washington (UW) School of Law, and his B.A., with honors, in English from UW.
