Bryan Graf
Bryan Graf was named Partner at Pyatt Broadmark Management, LLC, the Seattle-based real estate financing firm that offers private commercial, construction, residential and land development loans in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Prior to his promotion, he served as the firm’s lending manager for more than five years.

Graf is deeply immersed in real estate, having been born and raised in Selah, Washington surrounded by a family actively involved in the business. Prior to joining Pyatt Broadmark Management, he spent three years at Ewing and Clark, Inc., specializing in leasing and managing a real estate portfolio of multi-family, mixed-use and commercial buildings throughout the greater Seattle area.
A resident of Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood, Graf received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and serves on the Board of Directors for the Wallingford Boys & Girls Club, where he was named the Board Member of the Year in 2016. Graf is also a licensed real estate broker in Washington state.
