Bryan Glover

Stoel Rives LLP is continuing its expansion in the Seattle area with the recent acquisition of Bryan Glover. He joins the firm as a partner in the financial restructuring and insolvency practice, which assists a wide range of business clients with debt restructurings, receiverships and bankruptcy cases.

Throughout his career, Glover has worked almost exclusively in the insolvency space, focusing his practice on commercial and bankruptcy litigation. He helps creditors to restructure performing and distressed credit facilities, defends lender-liability claims, represents purchasers of assets in and outside of bankruptcy court, defends fraudulent and preferential transfer actions in bankruptcy court, and more. Chambers USA has named him an “Up and Coming” attorney in the Bankruptcy / Restructuring practice area in Washington. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Hampden-Sydney College and a law degree from Emory University School of Law.
