Bryan Croeni
Bryan joined B+H in 2013 as a founding member of the firm’s Seattle studio and co-founder of B+H Advance Strategy, their global strategic consulting practice. An experienced architect with a history of planning, design, project management and delivery of programmatically and technically complex facilities, Bryan also holds a masters’ degree in organizational design. This unique blend of skills led to the creation of B+H’s specialist practice in organizational design as a catalyst for enhanced workplace performance and living culture. Bryan’s recent projects include the workplace strategy for SickKids’ innovative new Patient Support Centre (PSC), and a pioneering approach to Team Science for the Knight Cancer Research Institute. A staunch advocate for the scientific process of test, prototype, reiterate, Bryan is leading B+H’s own efforts to grow and evolve their culture in an exciting time of exponential change.
