Bill Akers

Bill Akers has been named the VP and GM of Premera Blue Cross’ Washington Group Market. Akers served as the VP of Premera’s Health Care Delivery Systems since 2005. In 2007 he became the GM of its Spokane office, and remains its GM in his new role.
