McKinstry named Adam Gloss as Director & General Manager of Service, positioning our Service team to continue their growth and provide exceptional value for our clients.
McKinstry’s Service team offers expert help for HVAC systems, plumbing and piping, building control systems, fire protection systems, specialty services, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance. As a result, our clients experience increased equipment reliability, operating cost and repair savings, more uptime, a safer facility and improved tenant satisfaction & comfort.
Gloss will lead McKinstry’s Service team in their efforts to maintain buildings and facilities at thousands of customer sites. Our staff of experienced mobile service technicians deliver an unsurpassed range of services to our clients around the clock, resulting in prolonged life for both individual parts and complete building systems, significantly more uptime and lower costs for our customers.
Gloss will lead the charge for McKinstry’s Service team as they develop a new technology platform. That platform will give customers more visibility into their systems, assets and service histories, improve communication channels and further boost dispatch efficiency and speed. In addition, Gloss will be overseeing significant growth and hiring for the Service team.

Gloss is an industry veteran and was a founding member of the ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) Building Performance Council’s Advisory Committee. He’s also deeply engaged in his community, having served on the Technology and Engineering Department Advisory Committee for the Lake Stevens (Wash.) School District.
