Deife has 30 years experience providing business and legal solutions to commercial and industrial real estate owners, developers and contractors throughout the United States. In addition, he has counseled numerous clients in connection with the agricultural industry in the Pacific Northwest and California.

Most recently, Deife was managing partner at Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC. He received a bachelor's degree in Economics from Stanford University and a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law.

Seattle financial planning firm Kutscher, Rhodes & Benner Inc. announced this week that Mrs. Cameron J. Barsness and Mr. Ryan V. Stevens have been promoted to Principal roles from within the company. Mrs. Barsness and Mr. Stevens are the first new Principals to be announced since 2007 and the appointments mark the first time in the firm’s 24-year history that a Principal designation has resulted from team members ascending internally in favor of an external nominee or nominees.

Ryan joined the firm in 2011 and is a 2015 Level II CFA Candidate whose background includes forensic accounting and mortgage banking.   He received an MBA with a focus in Global Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2008 and a BA with honors in English Literature from UW in 2004.  Based in Seattle, Ryan is an avid traveler whose studies have taken him to Spain, Mexico and Argentina.

Cameron, who joined the firm in 2006, graduated magna cum laude from Santa Clara University in 2004 with a degree in Marketing and received her Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 2008.  Cam is an active participant of SPAN (Seattle Philanthropic Advisor Network) and serves on the Sammamish Hills Lutheran Church council.  Cam and her husband Erik live in Renton, Washington, with their three children.

Paganelli is an experienced general counsel with significant corporate strategy and business management experience.  Paganelli works with management teams, investors, boards of directors and business owners to address strategic opportunities and challenges.  He counsels clients on issues ranging from corporate structuring and governance to capital strategies, organizational development and commercial transactions.

Paganelli has held a number of executive roles for companies ranging from public telecom firm Rhythms NetConnections, where he served as General Counsel; biofuel retailer Propel Fuels, where he acted as General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development; organic produce e-commerce leader Full Circle Farm, where he was Chief Operating Officer and Board Member; and Clean Conversion Technologies, where he served as President.

Paganelli received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, his M.P.A. from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, and his B.S. in Social and Decision Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University.
