Dev9 Appoints Mike Ensor as Practice Director of Digital Transformation Services

Dev9, a Kirkland, Washington-based custom software development firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Ensor to Practice Director of Digital Transformation Services. Ensor has been with Dev9 for over two years, and has been appointed to this new position to lead the company’s services to enterprises requiring custom CMS implementations and e-commerce solutions.

Mike Ensor is uniquely suited to this new role. He brings broad experience and depth of knowledge obtained while managing the technical aspects of the emerging e-commerce practice at Acquity Group/Accenture Digital, and directing the Managed Services and Technical Sales divisions at Intershop North America. He is a hands-on software architect with 20 years of experience in backend development, e-commerce, CMS, distributed systems and big data implementations. Throughout his career he has continually pushed the use of test-driven development and emphasized the merits of Agile-based development.

Ensor is a regular thought leader at industry conferences and will be speaking in September at HippoConnect in Boston where he will join Dev9 client, REI, to discuss how Dev9 helped REI transform their digital commerce experiences.
