Haskins Steel Co. Inc. is reacting to the recession by getting ready for the rebound. Haskins did have
a 9 percent workforce reduction in 2009, but doesn’t plan more. In the
meantime, it’s been investing in expanding its headquarters as well as spending
on new overhead cranes, plasma gas cutting machines and employee training.
