Vincent Savignano
Hyatt Regency Lake Washington, a 347-room, 12-story waterfront hotel opening this summer at Seattle’s Southport, proudly announces Vincent Savignano as its Executive Chef.
Part of the Hyatt Regency’s culinary team since 2008, Seattle is Savignano’s fifth city as a Hyatt chef. Savignano most recently served as Director of Food and Beverage and Culinary Services at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Resort, Spa, and Marina (San Diego, Calif.), where he was promoted as its Executive Chef in 2014. He will spearhead the new hotel’s dining offerings, which include a full-service waterfront restaurant and bar with an outdoor dining terrace, private dining rooms, as well as event menus, retail grab-and-go offerings and in-room dining. Savignano is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
