Tutta Bella’s new Denny Triangle restaurant will feature fresh seafood along with its traditional Neapolitan pizzas as it pivots from a traditional pizzeria to a “more culinary diverse” restaurant.

“Although Tutta Bella has been much more than a pizzeria for a long time, the new opening will make that very clear from a positioning standpoint, with contemporary interior design and a polished level of service,” says founder and CEO Joe Fugere. “(The menu is) casual enough for everyday dining, but also elevated enough for a business dinner or special occasion.”

New menu items include roasted chicken and Lummi Island wild piccata salmon. The restaurant will also feature floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen, and warm wood accents as part of what the company terms an “elevated” dining experience.

The restaurant replaces the pizzeria’s longstanding South Lake Union location on Westlake Avenue, which closed Nov. 3. The new restaurant opens Nov. 14. Tutta Bella operates five restaurants, two more in grocery stores, a food truck, and food products in more than 200 grocery locations across the region, including at Costco, QFC, and Fred Meyer.
