Everyone has a routine, and enterprises are no exception.
Nintex provides a software platform that helps businesses easily automate everyday tasks that use documents, forms and records, better connecting people to procedures. CEO John Burton cites a nonprofit housing organization’s call center that was able to increase productivity by more than 60 percent through Nintex’s system of workflow automation, and a mining company that smoothed the dispatch of replacement parts in the field.
These applications, he notes, were crafted without programming skills, built with “a platform that anyone can access, that’s people centric instead of data centric.” The addition of Hawkeye, a workflow analytics package, allows businesses to track process outcomes and make informed decisions. Burton adds, “It means changing from being an automated process to having process intelligence.”
Nintex boasts 50 percent customer growth in two years, and Burton sees the future as limitless. “I haven’t found the company yet that couldn’t benefit from what we do,” he declares.

What you get depends on how you ask. That statement is the premise behind Textio, a tool that guides employers in crafting the sort of job postings that best attract qualified and diverse candidates.
Its online tool, Textio Talent, links machine learning and natural language processing to a database of millions of job postings and outcomes to better ensure success. Companies like Expedia and Vodafone have met goals for recruiting qualified women, and Mozilla uses Textio to draw engineers who match company culture.
