JRMA, an architectural and engineering firm specializing in the design of solid waste and industrial facilities across the United States, is pleased to announce that Robert Carn, PE has joined our Portland, OR team as a Solid Waste Senior Advisor. Bob brings over 40 years of experience in the solid waste industry leading teams at several large firms over the years.
Bob joins JRMA along with Krystal Li, PE, Paul Flury, and Doug Drennen, PE, all colleagues from URS, having combined experience that offers an unmatched knowledge base to the Pacific Northwest in the planning and design of solid waste recycling and transfer stations.
Bob gained his experience through the planning of over 70 different solid waste facilities and has extensive knowledge of the site planning process for recycling facilities and transfer stations including permitting, site layouts, waste processing systems, and related facilities to support waste handling.
