On Monday, enterpriseSeattle will release the results of a study that suggest fashion represents an important new industry cluster in the region that should be encouraged. Earlier this year, the King County Economic Action Plan identified “Fashion and Apparel” as one of six “emerging clusters” that provide opportunities for new job growth.
