Radhika V. Mehta
Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of attorney Radhika V. Mehta as an associate in its Seattle office.
Mehta focuses on all aspects of immigration law, advising clients on matters involving I-9 compliance, E-Verify and employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas. She also advises employers on assessing the eligibility of foreign employees and developing internal processes for immigration petition filings. Mehta was previously an attorney for Microsoft Corporation and in-house counsel for Nordstrom. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law (2014), where she served as Lead Article Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. In law school, she clerked for the Casa Cornelia Law Center, representing immigrants with visa and asylum applications. Mehta received her B.A. from the George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs (2010).
