As a team member, you’ll engage in countless diverse activities, from assisting at local food banks, to building bikes for foster children, collecting school supplies or shoes for donation to local families, and more. You’ll also attend uplifting events such as wall raising ceremonies and key deliveries for First Story– our nonprofit that provides homeownership opportunities to under-resourced families, breaking cycles of generational poverty.

We dedicate ourselves to not only constructing homes but crafting memorable homebuying experiences for our customers. As part of our team, you’ll share in the celebration of achieving company-wide and team goals.
