Michelle A. Gail Joins Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S.

Michelle’s practice focuses on real estate and corporate transactions. She has represented real estate funds, REITs, public and private pension plans, institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, developers, lenders and borrowers. Her experience enables her to advise clients on the entire life cycle of a real estate project, from acquisition to disposition of property, including development and construction, financing, and operational matters such as leasing and management. She also has extensive experience in structuring and documenting joint ventures in connection with acquisitions of real estate.
