Matthew Wesley

Matthew Wesley has joined Merrill Lynch as Director in the Center for Family Wealth Dynamics and Governance™. Wesley will be based in Bellevue and report to Stacy Allred, Managing Director of the Center for Family Wealth Dynamics and Governance™, which works with the firm’s 14,400 financial advisors to provide wealth structuring and guidance to the firm’s high net worth clients.

Wesley is an internationally recognized practitioner and thought leader on issues facing financially successful families. He is a sought-after keynote speaker at major conferences and has been an internationally recognized blogger.

With a career that spans twenty-nine years as an estate planning attorney, family advisor, facilitator, and consultant, Matthew helps address the complex issues of generational transition, family culture and ongoing governance. These issues often affect family enterprise succession, philanthropy and wealth transfer.

Wesley holds a JD from Stanford University and M.Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary.
