Talking Rain’s Popular Sparkling Ice Brand Speaks for Itself
The Preston plant, where Sparkling Ice is made, produces about 84 million bottles a year

The Talking Rain Beverage Co., a well-known brand in the Seattle area for three decades, has hit it big with its Sparkling Ice zero-calorie sparking water drink. The company announced record first-quarter 2019 sales for the brand of $123.7 million. The company, which employs 350, recently repositioned the brand with a fresh look, logo and updated formula that features naturally sourced colors and flavors. The company also is pursuing a more robust digital-marketing strategy, including social media, to better target consumers based on interests and buying habits.
