Lois Bloom
Banking Executive Joins SMH Board of Directors
Sound Mental Health (SMH), one of the most comprehensive behavioral health agencies in the state of Washington, announced the addition of banking professional Lois Bloom to its volunteer board of directors.
Bloom, who is Senior Relationship Bank Officer at MUFG Union Bank, brings decades of experience working in the banking sector. She will be instrumental in assisting SMH’s Development Department to develop stronger relationships with wealth managers and professionals in the finance community.
In addition to her expertise in banking and finance, Bloom has extensive experience serving on nonprofit boards. A recent transplant from Tucson AZ, she served on and at times chaired the various boards for La Frontera Arizona, a comprehensive provider of behavioral health services in Tucson. Along with that nearly 20 year affiliation, she also served in various capacities at Youth on Their Own, Habitat for Humanity and the Tucson Symphony Orchestra.
In addition to serving on Sound Mental Health’s Community Resource Committee, Bloom will also be on its 50th Anniversary Committee and the Finance Committee.
