Lane Powell is proud to announce that Jen Castleberry has been promoted to serve as the firm’s first Chief Marketing and Client Experience Officer. In her new role, Castleberry will continue to serve as Marketing Department lead and as an advisor to firm leadership in positioning Lane Powell as an industry leader, working to deepen engagement with existing and future clients through best-in-class service. Throughout her career, Castleberry has continuously demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to develop teams that provide high-quality, innovative and efficient services. Her work has been recognized by numerous organizations, including the Legal Marketing Association and The Webby Awards.
