Colleagues say Darren Redick is laser-focused on creating a culture that fosters and supports innovative thinking and leadership. At the core of this culture lies a need for cross-functional transparency and collaboration.
To that end, Redick built the Service Operations Center, a command center that allows Providence Regional Medical Center Everett to see key operational information in real time. The transparency it creates allows clinical and support service personnel to work together to provide efficient, high-quality care to patients and the community. This improved visibility shines a spotlight on clinical and operational opportunities.
