Each year Seattle Business magazine brings together a panel of expert judges to select winners of the year’s Green Washington Awards from among over 100 nominees. Three of the 2010 Green Awards winners will share their experiences and success stories at GoGreen Seattle, an all-day conference on April 20th. Discussing the steps they took to cut waste, encourage the use of clean energy and otherwise reduce green gas emissions will be Steve Klein at Snohomish PUD, Stephen Grose at Virginia Mason and Ruth Johnston at the University of Washington.

Also speaking at the GoGreen conference will be Starbucks Vice President for Global Responsibility Bill Packard, a former Green Washington Awards judge, and Rob Bernard, Chief Environmental Strategist for Microsoft. Topics will include “Green From the Inside Out: Building a Successful Green Team for your Business; Green Marketing & Branding: Creating Behavior Change and The Next Sustainability Frontier: Washington State Companies Transforming Their Industries.
