Dickson Abraham
Trustwork is building a platform for entrepreneurship that will empower millions of real economy workers and businesses to bring their work into the new economy. As director of engineering at Trustwork, Dickson Abraham leads a rapid expansion of our engineering organization. A critical voice in major engineering and product efforts, Abraham leads a team that is distributed across Bellevue, San Francisco, and Austin – and likely more in the near future. In his first year, Abraham is tasked with expanding Trustwork’s engineering team, establishing plans for the engineering team to execute Trustwork’s product roadmap, developing a culture of ruthless execution, creating protocols to ensure engineers realize their professional and personal ambitions, and setting a long-term, scalable strategy for a distributed engineering organization bound by common purpose.
Dickson Abraham joins Trustwork, leaving Amazon, to pursue a far more mission-focused and larger opportunity — to empower the global workforce as director of engineering. Before Trustwork, Abraham spent a decade with Amazon leading multiple software engineering teams and building teams from the ground up. Abraham firmly believes that great innovation comes from engineers who feel empowered to make a difference, and has dedicated his career to instilling that mindset in his teams. When he is not at work, you can find Abraham spending time with his wife and two children.
